If a customer disconnects their programming within 12 months from the date of activation, a $100 disconnection fee will apply.
We still offer customers one free seasonal disconnect each year. The customer must provide a reconnection date when they arrange for a seasonal disconnection.
If the customer moves, Star Choice will arrange for a free dish to be installed at their new residence. Customers who move into an apartment, condo or other rental property should contact their landlord to ensure their building is Star Choice ready. If it isn't, the customer should call Star Choice Commercial Services at 1 888 STAR-432.
Costs over and above a basic installation must be paid by customer to installer. Star Choice reserves the right to limit the number of free maintenance calls. Star Choice reserves the right to remove a dish or equipment in the event that it is determined a proper install cannot be performed to provide the customer with a quality signal reception.
